Rivdal Enteprises Ltd., was established in 1979, a family owned company based in Raharney, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Rep-Of-Ireland.

Rivdal Enterprises is primarily a research and development company and has focused over the years on compression moulding of all types of wood panelling and the in-house development of the special machining and equipment to bring these products to market, some of which were the first in the world.

Rivdal pioneered the development of deep draw moulding of wood veneers and paper foils. We are the first company in the world to mould wood veneer and paper foils in multiple panel sequence i.e. stretching papers as low as 50gms and veneers in between the panel layout.

This breakthrough paved the way for ongoing development, first in the area of deep draw moulding of 0.6mm wood veneers.

The more recent advances in this technology gives us the ability to now deep draw mould surfacing medians e.g. 0.6mm wood veneer, 0.4mm and 0.17mm PVC films, reinforced paper foils and more recently the new and unique environmentally friendly Safmalle film in 0.12mm thickness all with the same speciality moulding tool.
